- Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, family, device, or IP address cannot claim a bonus.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program
dkwing has five VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on regular participation and activity on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on the dkwing platform are operated impartially. Game outcomes are determined by computer algorithms and no party can artificially control the results.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

8.2 Account Closure by User

8.3 Balance Upon Permanent Closure
